Where is Harlie's store located?

Harlie is yet to have a store. Aside from participating in exhibitions, we operate as an online store.



Do you deliver? Is there a minimum order?

Yes! We deliver to all areas in Jakarta. There is no minimum order. However, there is a delivery charge of Rp. 30,000 per address, for orders less than Rp. 800,000. For orders less than 1 sized 20x20 cake or 2 sized 10x20 cakes, they can be delivered using third party delivery couriers such as TIKI or bike couriers. For deliveries to areas outside Jakarta, please contact us for further information.



Do I have to pre-order? How far in advance should I place my order?

Yes, you should preorder as our layer cakes are made to order. We recommend placing an order at least 2 days in advance, or 7 days during holiday seasons.



How many days can the cakes be stored?

The cakes can last 3 - 4 days at room temperature. For a longer shelf life, we recommend storing your cakes in the fridge, as they can last up to 7 - 10 days.



What are the methods of payment?

We accept cash on delivery and payment via bank transfer.
